  • Welcome to Voistory! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Enso AI, LLC. By accessing or using Voistory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the app.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Voistory. By accessing or using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • 3. Use of the App

  • Proper Use: You agree to use Voistory in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in any harmful, illegal, or abusive activities. This includes but is not limited to harassment, impersonation, defamation, and unauthorized data collection.

  • Profile Creation: When creating a profile on Voistory, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Community Rules: You agree to abide by the community rules and guidelines set forth by Voistory. This includes treating other users with respect, refraining from offensive or explicit content, and reporting any inappropriate behavior.

  • Reporting Inappropriate Behavior: If you encounter any users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior, please report them using the in-app reporting feature. We will review and take appropriate actions against violating users.

  • 4. Content on the App

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and share on VoistoryDating. However, by posting content, you grant Enso AI, LLC. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purposes of providing and promoting Voistory.

  • Prohibited Content: You must not post or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

  • Infringing Content: If you believe that any content on Voistory infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us and provide the necessary information to facilitate a prompt investigation and resolution.

   5. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Paid Features: Voistory may offer certain paid features or subscriptions. By purchasing these features, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by the terms and conditions associated with the purchase.

  • Subscription Terms: Subscription terms, including duration, pricing, and automatic renewal policies, will be clearly stated before the purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds may be subject to our refund policy.

  • Refunds: We may provide refunds in certain cases, as outlined in our refund policy. Refunds are subject to our discretion and any applicable laws.

  • 6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability​

  • Use at Your Own Risk: You understand and agree that your use of Voistory is at your own risk. Enso AI, LLC. does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app or its features.

  • No Warranty: Enso AI, LLC. provides Voistory "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific requirements or operate without interruptions or errors.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Enso AI, LLC. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Voistory or these Terms.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Enso AI, LLC. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of Voistory, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of others.

  • Voistory may display advertisements and third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, or quality of such content. Any interactions or transactions between you and third parties are solely between you and the third party, and Enso AI, LLC. shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such interactions.

  • 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Voistory shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

  • You may terminate your use of VoistoryDating at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Voistory for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

  • 11. Changes to the Terms of Service

  • We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on Voistory or through other appropriate communication channels. Continued use of Voistory after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
